No, this is not a post about Daily 5! Sorry! I'll get back to that in a bit. For now I wanted to share some quick forms that I have parents fill out at Meet the Teacher Night. (or bring home and send back!) I have included in this little packet: a parent questionaire, an "At a Glance" student info card, a little "First Homework" (bring your fav book to school), and a safe snack notice. I have found all of these to be extremely helpful and important to starting the year off right! I especially love the little info card. Run on cardstock. Easy to carry with you!
